Refund policy

14-Day Returns & Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alhijab Collection. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date you received your order.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

• All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact.

• Items must be free of any makeup marks, perfume scents, or deodorant stains.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, Hijabs and inner caps cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@alhijabcollection.com or WhatsApp us from contact us page  with your order number. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
